Topic 2 - Victoria police diversity and inclusion

Option 2: You work for Victoria Police in recruitment and your manager has asked you to compile a report to present to the HR team outlining diversity and inclusion in the Victoria Police. Your report needs to address current diversity and inclusion of the force and where improvements could be made. You will distribute the report and present your findings to the Human Resource Committee.

Topic 3 - community justice support group community safety

Option 3: You work for a community justice support group (choose any community area for this – your own or another) and have been asked to research and write a report to present to the local community about community safety locally. The community could include migrant communities, refugee groups, religious groups, and youth groups in the area. They are committed to promoting safety and spreading messages to their associated groups.
