NVDA (Non Visual Desktop Access) is a free software available from NV Access. It will read your screen and is compatible with the libraries online platforms.

TalkBack is a function on Android phones that allow you to use your phone without seeing the screen. Instruction can be found on Google Support. The YouTube channel Live Accessible also have a series on how to use it. Check out Lesson 1 below.
The libraries Ebook platform ProQuest offers an accessibility mode which allows Ebooks to be read by screen reading software.
